The Application was filed on 23 July 2013, by Wilfred Onyango Nganyi , Peter Gikura
Mburu, Jimmy Maina Njoroge , Patrick Muthee Muriithii, Simon Githinji Kariuki,
Boniface Mwangl Mburu, David Ngugi Mburu, Michael Mbanya Wathigo, Gabriel
Kungu Kariuki and Simon Ndugu Kiambuthi (hereinafter referred to as the
"Applicants"), all citizens of the Republic of Kenya, against the United Republic of
Tanzania (hereinafter referred to as the ''Respondent") .
