By Note Verba/e dated 16 May 2014,10 received at the Registry on 17 May 2014, the Respondent affirmed having submitted to the Court a report on the implementation of the Order for Provisional Measures issued by the Court on 15 March 2013. The Office of the Public Prosecutor of the State of Libya is ready to allow any legally accredited organization to attend the trial sessions of Saif Al-lslam AI-Gadhafi before the competent Criminal Chamber of the Tripoli Court of Appeal.
