For these reasons, THE COURT, Unanimously: i) Rules that the Court has jurisdiction to consider the issue of withdrawal of the declaration. ii) Rules that the Respondent's withdrawal of its declaration pursuant to Article 34(6) of the Protocol is valid. By majority of nine for and two against, Judge Augustino S. L. RAMADHANI and Judge Gerard NIYUNGEKO, dissenting: iii) Rules that the Respondent's withdrawal of its declaration pursuant to Article 34(6) will take effect one year after the deposit of the notice, that is, on 1 March 2017.
