REPARATIONS Setting aside fines The Court cannot set aside fines imposed by a domestic court as it does not have appellate jurisdiction over the decisions of national courts (Lohe Issa Konate v Burkina Faso, Reparations, Application No. 004/2013, 3 June 2016, para 24).
