By a letter dated 27 February 2012 the Registrar acknowledged receipt of the Applicant's letter dated 20 February 2012 and advised him that his Application has been registered as Application Number 003/2012 Peter Joseph Chacha v The United Republic of Tanzania. 9. By a letter dated 1 March 2012, the Applicant informed the Registrar that he would like a request for reparation pursuant to Rule 34 (5) of the Rules to be included in his Application. 10. By a letter dated 25 April 2012, the Registrar requested the Applicant to provide it with copies of the letters he intends to adduce as evidence and any other evidence that would demonstrate exhaustion of local remedies, including Court judgments, and to do so within thirty (30) days of receipt of the letter. 11 . In response to the request by the Registrar, by a letter dated 25 May 2012 and received at the Registry on 30 May 2012, the Applicant submitted copies of the following: i. Letter dated 19 February 2008 to the Minister of Home Affairs and copied to the Commission on Human Rights and Good Governance.
