REPARATIONS Satisfaction/publication of the Court’s decision The publication of the decision of international courts as a matter of satisfaction is of current practice (Zongo, Reparations, para 98). The publication of the decision of the court if done in a reasonable manner should not amount to humiliation of the respondent state (Zongo, Reparations, para 99).
